In other words, how the player will handle lesser workloads or an injury in order to recover.


It's strange that offensive and defensive coordinators have not been the primary focus on the field for quite some time. What would it be like to have three phenomenal coaches working on the same sideline? In addition, Franchise Mode has a tendency to hire coaches that don't have any connection to or associated with the league. 


It would be better to have random people get positions as coordinators, and then should they perform well they can be promoted to buy Madden 22 coins head coach. At the very least, it makes sense than having a random person managing a franchise with no experience.
