Instead of focusing on rewarding the player with the best stats from Bestmengqin's blog

The most recent version of the game added the ability to Mut 22 coins create an avatar and play at both college and high school levels. It may even be more effective, allowing players to play for a full season at lower levels prior to entering Franchise mode that is basically similar to Franchise mode, but with more story.

Players were introduced Franchise Mode's simulation engine few weeks ago, and it was not very liked by players. Many thought it was a way to give players "boosts", but could be utilized as a tool for helping them make crucial decisions that could have an negative impact on their careers.

If implemented well, scenarios that players will have to think twice about is an excellent feature. Instead of focusing on rewarding the player with the best stats, let it be the case that the choices will affect how the season goes. In other words, how the player will handle lesser workloads or an injury in order to recover.

It's strange that offensive and defensive coordinators have not been the primary focus on the field for quite some time. What would it be like to have three phenomenal coaches working on the same sideline? In addition, Franchise Mode has a tendency to hire coaches that don't have any connection to or associated with the league.

It would be better to have random people get positions as coordinators, and then should they perform well they can be promoted to buy Madden 22 coins head coach. At the very least, it makes sense than having a random person managing a franchise with no experience.
